Wood, a living material.
All our furniture is produced in solid wood panels. Wood is a natural living material that works, that is to say that it has the particularity of shrinking or expanding to have the same humidity level as the surrounding air. Generally, these changes are not very visible. In a very dry or humid environment, cracks may appear.
Quality standard.
All our furniture is produced according to quality standards scrupulously respected by our network of Makers. The quality of the wood and the finish of the furniture are subject to a strict internal control procedure to certify the quality of the work.
Delivery and quality control.
Upon delivery of your furniture, it is your responsibility to check its quality and, if necessary, to immediately inform the Maker of your remarks. iWood's vision is to bring you closer to the maker.
Dispute between buyer and Maker.
If a dispute should arise with the Maker upon delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@iwood.care. Please mention the nature of the problem, document it with photos and give us your order number. iWood guarantees the quality of the furniture produced and is committed to finding a solution as soon as possible.
2 years warranty.
A piece of furniture made of solid wood is passed on to the next generation. As the wood ages, it develops a patina and gains character. All our furniture can be sanded and oiled at any time to give it a new lease on life. iWood furniture is guaranteed for 2 years. In case of a defect, please contact us at hello@iwood.care, describe the nature of the problem and document it with photos.
